    Centrans Ocean Shipping Logistics Group became the sole agency responsible for general-cargo liners of Guangyuan ,coming and going between the ports within north China and those in the southeastern Asian area in charge of the supply of goods, storage, land-carriage, collection to the harbor, ,stowage, loading, signing and delivering bills of lading ， drawing in the carriage fee, maintenance and development of clients, agency entrust etc. In 1997,Our group began to act as the general agency of Yantai Shipping in regular container ship in the basic ports from Dalian and Tianjin to Japan , taking charge of organizing the supply of goods, daily dispatching and managing containers, commission of cargo and ship deputation, cargo encasement and gathering to the harbor, receipt of proxies from consigners, applying to customs and check, matched carriage, lading, preparatory, issuing bills of lading, acceptance and payment of incidental expenses ,paying for the usage of harbors and stowage, maintenance and development of clients, the construction of network agency etc. Taking the chance of good cooperation between them , Zhongtong Group and Yantai International Maritime Transportation jointly set up the Yantai regular container ship Co. Ltd specialized in domestic coastal transportation. The Group also made joint venture with Tianjin harbor Bureau to run Gangyi Container Goods Service Ltd. And Tianjin Fruits and Vegetables Logistics Co. Ltd.
